I agree with some of what you say Grz, but common sense and reason is not what the environmentalist movement is about. Its about many things but its not about dealing with the real issues of this planet.
Those who are responsible for the violations you describe only benefit from the hysteria and religious context the environmetalist movement has become.
The policies and agenda that our politicians offer up as cures are designed to achieve two purposes, land control and population control through laws and taxes that will cause great harm and suffering to the masses.
And as far as the solar effect on climate control goes none of what you speak will be of any concern if the sun should go into to an inactive period after laws have been put in place to shut down our energy resource industries and triple the price of these resources as temperatures drop!
