Hmmm, parasites? Yes that is possible, I don't know much about them at all but I'll look into it. I hope it's as easy as getting rid of them. If I do have parasites, then they are definitely too small to see with bare eyes. It would explain why I got better for a short while after the flush and then worse again. Thank you for getting my attention on that subject.
