MMS is 22.4% sodium chlorite so it's just over 4 times the 5%, also Miracle-Mineral-Supplement of course is unactivated in the bottle , whether you activate it or not is up to you and at your own risk (as they say on some Miracle-Mineral-Supplement sites) so basically you can use either and get a similar strength solution if you use 4 times more 5% and activate it longer to make up for the extra water
