I didn't start drinking distilled till half way threw my water fast. Before that I drank spring ,but the taste of spring water made me want to throw up. So I switched to distilled, and looking back that is when my energy levels started to tank. Now during this refeeding my tongue has been white, yet it was bright red when I started eating after fasting to completion. I also would drink both spring and distilled the first 2-3 days( and tongue would go from red to white and I didn't know why). The last couple days I have only drunk distilled and have gotten a red rash on my belly,white tongue,and water retention swollen ankles in my feet.
Yesterday I went to my sister's house and was drinking her filtered water, and noticed that my tongue was starting to turn pink again. I haven't drank much today but the swelling in my feet is going down, and the rash is fading. I'm not trying to say distilled is 100% bad but I think if your already toxin free for the sake of your health you shouldn't drink it.
