All the liver spots have gone from my hands. I believe that's because my liver is working better. I'm doing it for cancer, and I believe they've helped me feel better. I like the coffee enema too because it's my time of the day. I have candles lit, and spend the time praying, doing Reiki, and visualizing the coffee making my liver work better. I buy coffee (and the bucket, instead of an enema bag - with a long tube) from http://www.sawilsons.com/liver.htm, organic coffee grown just for the enema.
