When will I have a period?

Ok, so I know no one can really answer this question. I had Mirena removed on 5/4, and oh my, what an emotional & physical roller coaster I have been on since. I bled heavily w/large black clots after removal. I have been feeling like I am going to start my period for about three weeks (cramps, back ache, nausea etc.)but still nothing. I have read that others have gone through delayed menstruation after removal. What are your stories? I am contemplating buying a preg. test; but I keep thinking "no way, just wait it out and you will start". Any suggestions or words of wisdom would be appreciated. Thanks. =)
