No NAC until you are a year or more into chelating.

No need to be afraid, start slow with 2-6mg of ALA and take your time.

With DNA frqs?
If you do then you need to make sure you find a better time frame for the individual species treatment. For example Garinii needs much more frequent treatment 2-4 days.

Also if Burgdorferi flares up faster than 10 days you may need to thank the sky gods...
