I had been an advocate of soapsuds enemas for years until earlier this year, when postings and e-mails from a Curezone member conviced me otherwise. I'll find those posts and refer you to them.

Meanwhile, I'd suggest changing your weekly enemas to saline solution. 1 teaspoon for each 500 cc.
