Washington State is going to start charging people who download “unauthorized digital downloads” AS TAX EVADERS starting July 26th.

The local news tonight said Washington State is going to start charging businesses tax on things THEY DON’T SELL.

Also Parking meters in downtown Seattle are programmed wrong so you can pay the parking meter on 1st Avenue and still get towed, AND THEY’RE NOT GOING TO CHANGE IT. They sit there and watch you put money in the meter and as soon as you leave, they tow your car.
