IF # 1 is Dr. Schulze 's Intestinal Formula #1. I took it for years, but when I had a colonoscopy it showed the lining of my colon was black from the senna in there and the Dr. said that it would destroy the lining of my colon if I kept on using it. It would be fine short-term, though. You get that from herbdoc.com.

It's in the health food stores.
