It's described on the site as something like "acupuncture without needles for the emotions"...but that's also a bit misleading :(
In my opinion it's more appropriately described as acupressure (tapping on various points on the body) with a bit of kinesiology, combined with cognitive thought & self-acceptance...that is used as a tool to unblock emotional & energy channels throughout the body (and/or to bring to light emotional/energy blockages that are unidentified)...to produce or precipitate healing.
It is EXTREMELY effective (when utilized consistently and correctly), and (gasp!) even allopathic practitioners at all levels are catching on to it's effectiveness & benefit.
