The dreams did calm down after a couple of months, and the benefit of getting a good nights sleep is not to be underrated.

Lugols was fantastic for getting rid of FBD, there are many women on this forum that have had great results from Iodine supplementing for FBD.

After 6 months now of 50-100mg Lugols per day, my FBD is almost completely gone, the large fibroids dissappeared within a couple of months and the relief from pain was pretty much immediate. I only have some of the oldest and very small fibroids still to go, but they are going. My own Mother died from Breast Cancer at 48 years of age, so this is a very serious relief for me.
