as to where to buy kefir grains, a lot of people are actually giving their kefir grains away, since everytime you make kefir from it, you actually "grow" more kefir grains.

But if you can't find someone who is willing to give you some, or are worried about the kefir grains quality or even their health in this site you can buy kefir grains.
