What type of solution were you using for your enemas during those 2 years when you were having success? How much for each enema? What temperature?

You would probably be surprised by how many people take an enema every day, and have done so for years without any problems. My maternal grandmother is in her 70's and has has been having an enema practically every day since she was in her 30's, and is in excellent health with a sharp mind and good physical constitution. Prior to that she had received frequent enemas since childhood as a result of chronic constipation which seems to occur as a result of genetics in some families. Tweet
