Helichrysum or other regenerative oils?

I was curious if anyone has had experience with Helichrysum EO or any others used with or on their own that have regenerative properties.

I've read as much as I can find on Helichrysum and it is said to help with old scar tissue and possible rebuilding of tissues. Any experience or thoughts? Time frame to see results? I have 10% dilution in Rosehip seed oil as well as straight oil. I've been generally using the diluted kind.
