Is there a "better" or "not so good" time of day to do coffee enemas? The reason I ask: coffee enemas make the liver squirt out a dose of bile, making the liver do some work (as opposed to plain water enemas, which don't) Well, if the liver is busy digesting a meal, would it cause stress to it, to do a coffee enema while a meal is still being digested?
Anybody noticed if doing coffee enemas well away from meals produces better effects than doing them shortly after meals?
