a most unusual LF for me

I've had my 3rd Liver-Flush tonight. 2 years ago I had something short of 10 LF, and so far all my flushes had been pretty much similar, a part from the 5th flush of 2 years ago, where I eliminated a few very big stones

It's been every time butt pee by 2nd ES of the evening, plenty of green stones in the morning, a bit of sand, and excruciatingly burning anus by the end.

Because of the burning anus, in the last flush (the 2nd of this year) I took only one dose of ES instead of 2 in the evening, but I didn't like the feeling of arriving to the morning not completely clean in the bowels, and besides. the burning was still there, to confirm that it wasn't due to ES or hydrocloric acid passing through because the bowels are too clear, but quite simply, toxins.

This time I tried to do what suggested by Andreas Moritz to a girl who was very sensitive to ES, take doses of 1 tsp, 2, 2, 1. Many in CZ suggest even not to use ES at all, so I thought this could be a good compromise. I also took it with apple juice, and it tasted almost decent, if drinking fast enough, like grapefruit juice. But by the time of the OO (Olive-Oil) potion I hadn't yet gone to the bathroom, and this is something I didn't like. Next time it occurs, I'll have an enema before.

So the result was an enormous quantity of red sand, as if the stones had been all broken before, and thankfully, no burning . So very easy!

The other things that I've done different, are: this last month I've taken regularly a Master-Cleanse drink in the morning, I've also tried the yolks and lemons for 2 mornings (plenty of lemons there), and I had a castor oil flush 2 days ago (I want from now on to precede always the Liver-Flush with it, maybe in the same day).

Something curious, tonight I had a strange pain in my left leg, and some nausea, that I felt was due to not emptying the bowels. Tweet
