My Lemon Tree Update - Year 3

In the second year of my sprouted from seed lemon tree, I just let it grow as single stalk over 3 feet high. This was in Feb 08

Too much. Starting cutting it down. Didn’t like the way it branched. Cut it again. And again, until I liked the branching. This was May 08.

Over the next year. The leaves were looking worn. New leaves were falling off before they got started. Rather then cut the new branches, I just let them go bare.
3-09 I finally just stripped the whole thing and kept my fingers crossed.

June 09 – Couldn’t look any better. It’s more of a bonsai pet plant. Really don’t have room for an actual fruit bearing tree.
