You know, it's funny, I haven't felt symptoms yet really although Day 4 should be the main time where I feel lazy. I feel SOOOOO much better right now than before. I was making mistakes and eating the Sugar and carbs that sit under my nose all day at the office. My body has felt so cranky so I am really glad I'm not feeling those mistakes now. I feel relaxed and nice.
Now if only I could remember when I am eating that I actually like the feeling of not eating those things...
