Mine have always appeared to have been dead & somewhat dried up before they make it out, sort of like an earthworm on the sidewalk in the sun. But they always have these crazy-looking kinks in their body, unlike earthworms. They are tangle shaped, similar to the google images, but that may have something to do w/ being shriveled up. Keep up the good work & thanks for your detailed report. I wonder what would happen if you combined some good habanero peppers w/ your coconut oil. Oil helps keep the burn down, & the 2 combined with rice & garlic sounds like a tasty treat! I wonder what would happen then. I've gotten a lot out with habaneros... http://iloveglory.freehostia.com/
