Started taking the "Master Tonic" because of the FLU scare, figured it couldn't hurt.
Very easy to make and does have a good affect on me, so I have kept up with it. Moreless does recommend garlic, so I'm sure he would approve of this remedy.
I must warn you that this stuff tastes bad and no one will want to kiss you, lol!
