pj, I get the message. Each of us is unique. There is no best "one solution fits all".

So moving on from there, I was wondering about the leak problem with your Walmart combo set. With many, if not most, combination hotwater bottles/douche/enema sets, there is a small connecter that fits securely on the downside end of the tubing, and the rectal and vaginal attachments either screw on to that, or fit over it. Is it possible you might have overlooked that little piece?

That's not such a far fetched idea, no matter how it sounds. A few years ago I had a client who told of a shower she attended, and among the gifts she brought to the expectant mother was a nicely wrapped enema bag.
