I looked up the ingredients. It is primarily probiotics and FOS, a fiber source, with some lactose that is the cause of the problem in the first place.
So $130 seems like a ridiculous price for such a simple probiotic/prebiotic supplement. You can get the same thing from a $3 bottle of kefir. If you want to avoid the lactose from the kefir you can either culture your own kefir on some coconut milk or lactose free milk. Or just let the kefir ferment longer than recommended, which will allow the bacteria to ferment more of the sugar.
