Hey folks, I thought I'd stop in and say "hi". I'm starting as well - today is Day 1. I've done the Master-Cleanse a few times before, usually between 10 and 14 days. I've water fasted for shorter times (3-5 days) but I feel like doing an Master-Cleanse and I really feel like my body needs it. So here I am. I will be around to chat.
