Sorry to hear you had a difficult time with the flush/colonic. Did you drink apple juice 4 times a day (or take malic acid capsules)? Just curious... I don't know the proceedure for flushes other than the one I do.

I have been told that lemon juice mixed with olive oil gives better results. I have done both but think grapefruit juice tastes better.

I lie on the right side with the right knee drawn up to the chest for 20 minutes immediatly after drinking the olive oil mixture to open the passage way to the liver.

There are a couple of ways to do a home enema - I know it took me a time or two to figure out how to do it. Adding a Tablespoon of Epsom Salts to the bottle of water or coffee helped for one thing. Laying on my left side, and massaging the decending colon left to right also helped. Massaging right to left when expelling.
