Water analysis interpretation - how to?

I have a water supply analysis from my area. Lots of different values for lots of different things like: enterococci, e coli, color, aluminium, boron, mercury....etc...its a long list and gives a min, a max and a mean average for each thing tested for.

How do i figure out if any of these values are too high?

No offense to the water company, but its their water and their test and their results. I'd like to make my on mind up.....somehow.
