Need a cure for FBO!

Hello, I've been suffering from a strong fecal smell coming from my body for about 8 years now. But I'm in no way incontinent and I'm probably the cleanest person on earth! I grew up as a strict vegetarian, have an excellent diet, drink alcohol rarely and I excersize daily... what's wrong with me! I'm too embarrassed to go to the doctor about it. And anyway, when I ask people if I smell they say no =S. And I don't get it all the time, but when I do get it it's terrible for everyone else but I can't smell it.

I have to get this sorted ASAP! I've had enough. I've lost friends, girlfriends and even family members have distanced themselves from me because of it. I dropped out of school at 12 because of bullying and I've even had a suicide attempt a few years ago. It's getting too much to handle.

What about fasting for a couple of weeks and having nothing but water? Then after that eating nothing but fresh fruit and veg? Who knows...

Someone please help. I'm due to be going out to Afghanistan soon with the Royal Dragoon Guards and the temperature will make it sooo much worse! I wont need my rifle, I'll just stink the Taliban out!
