Hi Ya'll,

What is is about certain High Sulfur foods like: Garlic, Onions, Horse radish, Brussel Sprouts, Broccoli, Asparagus, Cabbage and other cole crops to a lessor extent that may cause them to be Different than other foods?

What is the Sulfur connection?

How does the Sulfur help to make a Better Quality food?

Why may these foods be of Better Quality or of Poor Quality?

As I have before stated Sulfur may be considered as the Father of --ALL-- compounds !

What does this mean?

What is a compound?

What is the difference between a compound and a molecule?

A molecule is formed when two or more atoms join together chemically. A compound is a molecule that contains at least ---two different elements---. All compounds are molecules but not all molecules are compounds.

Molecular hydrogen (H2), molecular oxygen (O2) and molecular nitrogen (N2) are not compounds because each is composed of a single element. Water (H2O), carbon dioxide (CO2) and methane (CH4) are compounds because each is made from more than one element. The smallest bit of each of these substances would be referred to as a molecule. For example, a single molecule of molecular hydrogen is made from two atoms of hydrogen while a single molecule of water is made from two atoms of hydrogen and one atom of oxygen.

As one who is able to see what they have read above, one may now know that a compound is a made up of Different Elements bound together !

Now the question is what is the Difference between a regular chemical compound and an Organic Compound?

In order to be an Organic Compound it must have the Different Chemical Elements bound together with Live Carbons !

Take water(H2O), it is NOT an Organic Compound, but just a regular chemical compound !

Take a Natural Whole food of Top Quality and it has Many Different Single Elements all bound together in compounds, which are tied together with Live Carbons and this is an Organic Compound !

Back to the question of Sulfur?

Sulfur is the Father of --ALL-- Compounds !

This means Sulfur is required by plants to cause the Complexing together of --ALL-- the Different Alkaline Minerals and Live Carbons to form an Organic Compound of Top Quality !

Without enough Sulfur to properly regulate the Nitrogen and bring about the Complexing of the Many Different needed Alkaline Minerals the plant cannot contain the needed Alkaline Minerals needed to build High Brix !

Why and or How may this be so?

Sulfur makes Sulfuric Acid which is a Very Strong Acid !

Certain Alkaline Trace Minerals require a Very Strong Acid to cause their release of Electro-magnetic Energy to enable the plant to take in this Alkaline Mineral Electro-magnetic Energy !

If the plant does not have this released Electro-magnetic Energy available to it during the growing of this plant, then just How is this plant going to store these needed Different Alkaline Minerals in it's self???????????????

Back to the above mentioned plants which generally have a Higher Sulfur content than other plants, what does this mean?

These plants that Naturally have the ability to better utilize Sulfur, thus may use this Sulfur to better help them release more Electro-magnetic Energy from the needed Alkaline Minerals stored in the soil and or where ever these plants may come in contact with any of these needed Alkaline Minerals !

It is because of these plants Genetic make up to better utilize Sulfur to help them release more Electro-magnetic Energy from any Alkaline Minerals present, that may enable them to store --MORE-- of these needed Alkaline Minerals than other plants, which do not have this ability !

This may also be Why when these plants have an Excess of Nitrogen that they may end up as Low Brix and are of Poor Quality because of this Excess of Nitrogen !

To try to make it Simple: The Sulfur helps certain plants to take in more of the needed Alkaline Minerals than other plants and these High Sulfur plants , if of Top Quality and High Brix and Highly Mineralized may contain a much Greater amount of needed Alkaline Minerals to help us Heal and or stay Healthy than other plants!

When these High Sulfur plants have an Excess of Nitrogen, they may Fail to be able to Concentrate the needed Alkaline Minerals needed to build High Brix and end up Low Brix of Poor Quality !

These Poor Quality Vegetables will generally have a strong Bite to them because of the Free Sulfur that was not matched with the needed Alkaline Minerals !

Generally these Poor Quality Vegetables may also contain an Excess of Funny Protein (NPN) !

When these plants may be grown in soils Low in Calcium or by applying Excess Nitrogen, these plants may not have enough Calcium to cut the Acids of the Sulfur, thus producing Low Brix Poor Quality foods !

Some may have heard of the term Blossom End Rot, because of a Lack of Calcium and maybe too much Sulfur(really just too much Nitrogen and a Lack of Soil Life most of the time)!

Because of these Facts, if we are able to find these High Sulfur foods to eat of Top Quality and Highly Mineralized High Brix, these may Greatly help us find Healing because of their Greater supply of needed Alkaline Minerals they may contain over other foods?
