edema after juice detox

I was drinking juices and taking spriulina for 17 days (juice detox) and broke it by eating cooked spinach and cooked aubergine and some tea.

My eyes are now swollen as are my feet and hands. And I have gained back 4 of the 12 pounds I lost during the fast. Is that normal?

Am thinking of going back to juices for another 5 days to see if I can get rid of the swelling and try again.

Very disappointing overall.

Anyone ever experience this or know what it would happen? Tweet
