Re: What am I doing wrong?
Hi Pjangel,
Thanks for your comprehensive reply. I like good, full and clear replies.
Salt water flushes are taken say after a liver flush, during Master
Cleanse after drinking herbal laxative teas, after a parasite cleanse.
If you are plugged up and you take a salt water flush, instead of
flushing out your system the salt water could get stuck somewhere in
your “gut” and be absorbed by your body causing a serious electrolyte
imbalance. Both enemas and all laxatives, if taken too often, will wash
out the good flora.
My suggestion to you is for you to go on a good thorough bowel cleanse
followed by a liver flush. A 5-day juice fast with P & B shakes and
cleansing enemas followed by coffee enemas would, I believe, be
beneficial to you. Instruction see by Blog under M titled My Challenge
by Propaul. Link below:

The
acidophilus enema should only between 1 to 2 cups of saline solution
with, depending on the acidophilus, 1/8th teaspoon powdered
acidophilus. Do not use aloe juice or any other irritant. This enema
should be retained permanently or as long as possible.
When you read my Blog I give a fair description of a cleansing soapsuds
enema and also of a deep cleansing soapsuds enema. I believe that a
deep soapsuds enema could easily replace a colonic irrigation session.
And if you took this enema say for 3 consecutive days it would cleanse
you out better than a single colonic.
Try to eat healthy but don’t make it a “chore” and feel guilty about
not following it to the letter. Do the best you can and be happy and
satisfied.
As far as digesting everything you eat, if we lived in a utopian world
that would be true but here on this earth of ours nothing is perfect so
expect to find some undigested food in your BM, especially after taking
either purges, laxatives, enemas, colonic or salt water flushes.
Don’t take psyllium, bentonite or any laxative consistently for a long
period of time. Your bowels will become slave to it. Do the 5-day bowel
cleanse maybe every month for 3 or 4 months. Then give your body
several months rest. See how you feel. Start learning to listen to your
body. It knows best.
So try. Don’t get discouraged and let us know what is happening.
I fully understand your daughter. I see adults doing the same thing.
It’s pathetic the way we feel about BMs and urination. As if they were
rare occurrences to a few people! I hope not.
By the way I don’t know the age of your daughter, if she is over 7,
she, too, could partake in a bowel cleanse, modified to fit her age
group. I hope this helps you. Don’t hesitate to ask.....
