ok ..thanks for the info ..just was thinking bout the ginger (natural blood thinner) in the IF1 caps and all the garlic/ cayenne I have been on ..I am not doing the juice fasing at this time ..only did that for 14 days .. but trying to keep my diet clean with lots of veggies and olive oil...I love salads ..brown rice is yummy too.no gluten ,very little meats , no Sugar , no fruits cept for citrus ..no junk period ...I have cut the garlic back to 2 to 3 loves daily till I can start the coffe enemas back ..

anyways I was just concerned what was going on here.. I know that what I have been doing is good for me and makes me feel much better ..and the alternative or whatever doc I went to that one time did indeed tell me my blood wasn't clotting right and was too thick ...so I do agree.. the typical american diet I was on at the time was killing me..I have changed a lot and I do not want to get myself back in the same shape I was in.. I am still pain free so that is great that about 2 weeks of cleansing/juice fasting could do that for me.(YAY). still gotta lot more Liver Cleansing I need to do and really am looking forward to the end results ..want to do a kidney cleanse also soon..still doing the castor oil packs 2or3 times weekly and if I don't take the charcoal every day at least one dose I start having reactions again...ugh!! waiting on my new enema kit...
oh yeah ..bleeding gums I have .. bruise easily I do .. and well the nosebleed I had once...so ? didn't used to bruise easily but I got one still on my shin thats been there for a couple of months now..ugh!!

I at least know now what to do to get myself better (YAY! thanks to the school of UNY ...will always have questions along the way though .esp when I run into probs..

gotta make another trip to Tampa tomorrow and will be gone till Wed this time as hubby wants to go and make a vacation out of it..LOL.. as you know Uny he is not my best influence ..bless his heart .but a good feller though.. he's a diamond in the rough ..WINK ..
