candida & scalp odor?

I did some searching on here but could not really find any people who have bad scalp odor caused by candida. The smell is really musty/oily (depending on what I use on my hair the smell starts as soon as my hair is dry, or a couple hours after it is dry) by the end of the day its turned into something else that smells so much worse. Antifungals like sulfur soap & EV coconut oil helped for a while, so I'm guessing it's a fungus thing. anyway I'm wondering if there is a link or is this something else. my scalp has some bumps, not very many, I'm guessing it's acne. I'm 24 still have face Acne and on my back as well. Scalp is not really itchy at all.

on a separate note along with an anti-candida diet are there any candida cleanse pills or antifungals that would help? Can someone recommend some that are dairy-free? Probiotics as well, dairy free? 'trace amounts' is fine I suppose. thanks
