is it better to increase dosage in a fast pace or in a slow pace?
I mean, it's evident that going slow you'd avoid problems of nausea and big D, but I wonder when it comes to the bugs, is the action still fully effective?
I'm asking because I'd like to go slow and give my body time, but I want to be sure that it all works. After all Jim Humble suggests a very fast pace, maybe there's a reason?
