Believe me, if you stick to it, you'll lose the weight in 4 weeks, max. If you can't be bothered about following this, just eat canned pineapple in natural juice, for as long as you can handle it. You may have strawberries, mango, papaya too, but always wait two hours in-between switching fruit. I did that too. Infact, 2-3 days a week, this is all I eat, to keep my weight down. If you're serious, it works.
