Hi,

Over the weekend I did an enema with 2 litres, which is about 2 quarts I think in US measurments. Do you think that this would have been sufficient to go all or most of the way up my colon, or would that require more water.

It was quite painful and I held it for 15 mins, but I supose that's normal.
