Well it is kinda concerning if you are eat a lot of tuna, personally, i wouldnt eat it more than once a month, maybe a hundred years ago it would of been fine but today its got a lot of mercury in it, If you can eat salmon or some other protein source it would be better but i think about a year ago there was a famous actor (cant remember his name) but he got sick really bad cause he was eating tuna frequently, but its so hard to say whats causing the bloat cause there are so many factors that could be causing the bloat, did you recently undergo a lot of stress, are you becoming lactose intolerant, are you sleeping enough, did you have
Antibiotics awhile ago, is the mercury in the tuna thats making you sick, did you do extreme dietary changes before this happened. I suppose it might help if you could think of some more pieces to the puzzle. I think my eating disorder came along after extreme dietary change and stress(i fasted). I had it for years but no longer consider it a problem unless i dont do some of my tricks that i have learned over the years. I would love to help and if i dont know the answer maybe i can help you find one :)
ps if the body isnt running the way it should, its harder to digest milk and grains, so maybe if you switch the cereal for some eggs and potatoes or something other than cereal temporarly and see if you see a difference
