Great Feeback - thanks - should I add more lemon ?
The only thing that has changed is a drastic reduction in fruit consumption starting yesterday at noon.
Perhaps this is a combination of less acid (less fruit) and some sort of detox due to the increased mineral consumption?
This is very much like what I experience when fasting.. I do feel a bit of "detox" going on.. although not severe.
Have also noticed my toe fungus seems to be fading... could be starting to terminate the pathogens?? Is the immune system starting to win ?
May I add more lemon to the alkalizing drink without fail? Or am I likely better off to reduce the lime amount to 1 tbsp?
I do not believe I have 2 much lime water.. but am not sure. The drink does not taste chalkly to me.
I believe to be safe - I have to trust ML's experience here and back-off the lime and kelp a bit??
I do shake the lime water jug.. and add 1-2T to 1/4 of a large lemon (1/2 of a small one), 1T molasses, and 1T kelp taken seperately.
