--Superfoods as Defined by Moreless--
Hi Ya'll,
The word Superfood is used by marketing folks to Sell products for more Money !
But, what would make something to be a Superfood?
Could it mean that it must contain a much Higher amount of Minerals vs other foods, thus meaning that it's ash content upon analysis will be much Higher than other foods?
Would this not also mean it must have a Greater Density???
Would it not need to be a food that would supply a much Greater Healing Power to ones body than just regular foods?
So, how could "WE" define this to be?
Would a food having Very High Brix and being Highly Mineralized be a Superfood?
Maybe this kind of food would just be a Normal Top Quality food?
And the foods lacking Top Quality are just the Normal "Junk" foods?
So, what may Define a Superfood?
Could it be a food that has a much Greater Concentration of the needed Alkaline Minerals stored Electro-magnetic Energy, which the body may utilize easier to
provide for Healing?
Surely it could not be this Simple?
Could it be?
So, to be a Real Superfood, it must contain Extra Concentrations of needed Alkaline Mineral reserves, which the body may easily utilize !
Could it be some of these?
Blackstrap Molasses !
Top Quality Kelp !
Lecithin !
Top Quality Raw Honey !
Wheat Germ Oil !
Flax seed Oil !
Mineral Broths from Top Quality Vegetables !
Fresh Wheat Germ !
Coconut oil !
Thus it may require for a Superfood to contain a Greater Supply of needed Alkaline Minerals stored Electro-magnetic Energy to be able to be a Superfood !
Now may I add a word of Caution about the Fats and Oils, as usual just because a
little may be Good does --NOT-- mean a Lot is Better !
WHY do I say this?
Fats and Oils have More stored Energy Potential, thus they may be Harder for our body to Digest, thus if we make the mistake of eating too much of them at a time, it may overload our Digestive system and we may end up with Less than planned for results?
In this case many times Less is Better to be taken in smaller amounts thru-out the Day, than taking a Larger amount just once a Day ! Like a small amount with
our meals !
So, what is a Junk food?
Could it just be foods which "Lack" in the needed Alkaline Minerals?
Surely it could not be this Simple?
Could it be?
Could this mean that "ALL" Refined and Processed foods, which most folks are eating may be considered "Junk" foods?
Could this also mean that "ALL" normal foods, which folks are eating, which are of "Low" Quality, having a Low Brix reading, thus having Low Minerals content,
may also be considered "Junk" food?
