bright orange like carrots pieces are in my stool? What is it, can someone help me identify?

I have finished my liver cleanse and ready for another.. today I expelled tons of orange little carrot looking pieces of something. they all look nice and healthy a nice color of orange. Just wondering if someone else has had these come out? I felt sooo sick before they came out. It was unreal.
