Red, sore, somewhat swollen palms of hands and soles of feet following water fast

Does anyone familiar with this kind of reaction. What should I do? I dont know where to start... Ive been off my fast for 4 days and drinking nothing but fresh fruit juice along with water when needed.Help!!!
