Many thanks for taking the time to reply, extremely helpful and I think that you have hit the nail on the head. I am thinking of leaving my current residence and it is rather "scary", especially in the midst of a recession. However, it a risk, but I need to move on, so hopefully I am doing the right thing,I pray!
