Re: Knots % Shoulder Blades: Calcified Muscles?
>>>I've noticed a lot of activities on my LEFT rib lately. Is the pancreas is trying to "release" something? Could those calcified knots on my left side be related to my low-function pancreas and the dull ache left to my navel. (I've read that a discolored navel is a sign of pancreatitis). Just wondering....<<<
Absolutely FANTASTIC (left rib activity) - that's the pancreas (most likely), and yes...the pancreas can be VERY affected by a clogged gallbladder/liver - as
Gallstones can actually clog the exit of the pancreas (both the gallbladder & pancrease release into the same duct - called the sphincter of odi -images below...thanks to Telman!) - and gallstones/
liver stones CAN cause pancreatitis and low level pancreatic functioning.
So if you're having pancreatic activity after liver flushing, you've likely knocked something away from the 'exit' of the pancreas, and now you're getting more "flow"! WOOHOO!

There are SO many things that can cause knots & tightness between the shoulder blades - calcified/hardened muscles, spinal misalignment, and congested/swollen liver. Here's all the places one can feel pain/tightness because of a compromised liver:
The "achey-tightness" I've felt goes almost completely over to the spine; it could easily be thought of as 'tightness/knots between my shoulder blades'. I know it's liver related because taking ground milk thistle seeds knocked out up to 75% of it in just a couple-three days...and it's lessened with coffee enemas.
But if you've got "hard knots" that you can discern plainly, I'd definitely be doing one of those three day 'calcium flushes' as soon as you can work it in :)
