Also, put the epsoms salts in empty capsules if you don't want to taste it. I've done 10 Liver Flushes and have never had to taste the epsoms and it works perfectly. Empty capsules can be bought online, or sometimes I have simply taken capsules already filled with something, and emptied them and then filled them with epsoms.
