UVJ 2mm Urinary Calculus to pass! Need suggestions.

Good afternoon,

My name is Richie and I have been diagnosed with a 2mm right UVJ kidney stone. I've had the thing since September and I really don't want to have to have a ureteroscopic basket retrieval. I'd rather pass the stone spontaneously. :)

I am looking for something that will allow the kidney stone to pass into the bladder as it is stuck at the narrowest part where the ureter meets the bladder. I've heard of kidney stone flushes and the Watermelon Tea but have not tried either yet. Is there anything you all would recommend for expelling this stone. I start medical school in August (going the Osteopathic route) and need to get rid of this thing as it flairs up every so often. 8)
