It is a Nosode which means it contains a dilution of the actual bug. We know you can get Nosodes of Lyme so you should be able to get that but from an ND or MD only.

Keep in mind that an imprint at best is a set of 3 frequencies of a homeo (think Tricorder Scotty).
The real deal can have many more frequencies and if one depends on homeo only then one should seek the real deal.
