The Benefits of yoga are many. To begin with, it increases the flexibility of body in remarkable manner by exercising various parts of our body that are normally left idle. Some vital joints, ligaments, and tendons of our body do not get enough lubrication due to lack of exercise. By the amazing postures of yoga, especially Hatha yoga, those parts become supple and well-lubricated resulting into good flexibility of our body.
