IF#1 without IF#2 - I don't think this is a good thing . . .

HI Uny,
I've been taking IF#1 without IF#2 in getting ready to do the supplements for the 'Road Back' to taper the HC.
I notices I've started to feel badly. Emotions out of control, diarrhea, now bladder infection as of this morning. Is IF#1 moving toxins out without a way to get out?
I was just trying to prepare myself as 'the road back' suggests no fasting or cleansing until off the HC. I just thought taking the IF#1 would be a good thing to do at least for a few more days. I guess not.
Please enlighten me . . .
I feel like this is really stupid. Forgive me. I guess its how we learn firs hand.
