Re: Weekly BIG Liver Flush too much?
Quickie inserts & thinks/thoughts (you may be SO "all done" this situation by now).
I do mininum 1hr of Castor Oil packs, and 1-2 CEs daily. Lots of garlic and ginger.YAY! Haven't been too strict with the alternating 5-day kidney and 5-day liver. Whatever works for ya there...but don't neglect your kidneys too much. Anytime the liver is stressed, the kidneys have been in hyper-drive picking up the extra work. The lemon tonic tend to irritate and cause a lot of contractions on my liver.Citrus n' olive are are supposed to make contractions in your liver. I know that it's vitally important for me to follow the mild liver flush with a BIG flush. What I'm not sure is if it's okay to do a BIG LF following the 5-day kidney; making the BIG LF a weekly ritual? You can do a big flush every week if you want to.
I found that even w/o the "Epsom Assault", it can still be quite draining for the body to process that much oil on a weekly basis. On the other hand, I think Dr. Schulze does put terminally ill patient on weekly BIG LF!?! If the sickest can handle it, then why can I? Actually, Dr. Schulze had a few patients 'in crisis' doing a big flush every day! (but then, they were probably on death's door or incredibly jaundiced, etc). It is "draining" to process a large amount of oil...if you're doing a cup of oil/cup of citrus, cut it back to 1/2 cup
I also found substantially less stones in my last flush (3rd flush in 2wks). I wonder if my need to purge stone has decreased? Therefore, I should cut down the # of potentially *draining* weekly LFs and just focus on CEs and COPs instead. The liver has 4 quadrants/sections; yours is likely clogged through n' through (most people's are). With the 'major yield' you had on the first flushe/s, I think that likely you've flushed out most of everything near the "exit door". In that case, a subsequent flush (soon after 1-2 flushes that yield a lot) actually does more 'moving forward' of debris, than 'moving out'. It's okay to flush every two weeks (hence allowing more time for debris to move forward on it's own). Be sure you're getting PLENTY of nutrition when asking your body to do hard work (a gallon of juice daily? 6 T of superfood?) I've noticed since upping CEs and COPs, my GB/Liver and pancreas has gone wild into party central, self-purging all the time..... That's definitely a good sign! :) That is a FANTASTIC sign. I know you must be 'mostly tired' most days from all the intense work you're doing, but I bet you feel so much better 'overall' :)
GREAT JOB, gal - I'm SO excited for you!!
