I know this thread is pretty old but I had to post a comment for future reference. I was just reading this threaded post here and I have to make a comment about this, I read Jordan Rubin's book and he said after taking the soil based organisms, he started passing black mucoid plaque form his rectum, so I would say it is safe to assume that the PD work at eating away at this plaque covering the wall of the colon assisting in cleansing the colon. I would just go ahead and do colonics, enemas while taking PD. Your taking it everyday anyway and so putting back whatever the coloics/enems wash away. What you should make sure you do is putting back the minerals colon hydrotherapy washes away, this is often neglected,(use Emer'gen C packs after each colonic) Read Jordan Rubin's book "Patient heal thyself"
