It all sounds to me to be more like a slow tightening of the noose around our necks.
These forced medical exams are probably just part of larger plan of population control which will be brought about so gradually that it isn't noticeable to the average person.

I remember when I was in grade school all there was was a principal, teachers and a school nurse.
All the school nurse would do is put on a bandaid or two and call the mother to come pick up a kid who wasn't feeling well enough to be there.
Today I understand that the "experts" of the mind are there to enforce ingestion of psychotropic drugs before allowing some students to attend class.
And the parents have no say in this.
Just another gradual step of population control in my opinion.
Of course all done against the backdrop of being in the best interest of everyone.
